About Me

Hello, I’m Pauline Galiardi, founder of Childhood Enrichment Experiences, LLC. I live in Royersford, PA with my husband of 35 years, a former Marine pilot, and we are proud parents of two adult sons and a daughter‑in‑law from Columbia. My family’s story spans both the United States and Germany, where I was born in Munich to my German mother and American father. Their cross‑cultural love and my own upbringing have shaped my appreciation for language, learning, and connection.

I am an energetic, enthusiastic, and positive person who loves staying active, learning new skills, and serving my community through church and volunteer work.

My Professional Journey

Childhood Enrichment Experiences, LLC grew out of my lifelong love for teaching and my belief that learning should be joyful, meaningful, and engaging. Over my 35‑year career in education, I have served as an elementary classroom teacher, K–12 supervisor of curriculum and instruction, special education supervisor, elementary/middle/high school assistant principal and principal, educational consultant, and adjunct professor at Rosemont College and Immaculata University.

These experiences allowed me to lead in the areas of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and special education, and to support both identified and non‑identified learners with care and expertise. Although I recently retired from my formal career, my passion for working with children and families remains as strong as ever.

Why I Started Childhood Enrichment Experiences

Through volunteer work with local families, I began creating thematic, hands‑on learning sessions filled with early literacy, math, art, music, science, movement, pretend play, and introductory Spanish or German. Watching children light up with curiosity and confidence reminded me of the magic that happens when learning is personal, playful, and rooted in connection.

Those moments inspired me to begin a new chapter—one where I could continue nurturing children’s growth in ways that honor their individuality and make learning feel like an adventure.

How I Support Families

I work with children one‑on‑one or in small groups, offering enrichment learning and tutoring tailored to their needs.

I also provide educational consultations for parents and can serve as an advocate to help families guide their child's learning journey and/or communicate effectively with schools.

​

All of my professional certifications and clearances—including PA Criminal, FBI, and Child Abuse—are current and available upon request. I am certified in First Aid/CPR/AED and fully insured.
